How Do I Make a Reservation?
We accept reservation requests through a designated booking engine, through our hotel email (info@hotelsimos.com) or in-person at the hotel.
How Do I Confirm My Reservation?
A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm a reservation. The balance of payment is due upon check-in.
What is the Environmental Tax?
In addition to the room cost, there is an environmental tax imposed by the Greek government. This charge is separate from the room cost. The tax for Hotel Simos is 2 euros per night, per room. Payment of this charge is due in cash upon check-in.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Guests can cancel their reservation for free until 14 days before the day of arrival.
Guests who cancel their reservation within the 14 days of arrival will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Guests who do not show up will be charged the total price of the reservation.

What Is The HotelCheck-In/Check-Out Policy?
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you need to check in earlier, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Requests for a late check-out may be granted based on availability. There is a charge for a late check-out. We have a secure room to store your bags.

Do You Offer Airport Shuttle Service?
We do not offer airport shuttle service. However, we will help arrange for a taxi to and from the airport. Please contact us in advance for transportation.
